We offer many types of yoga to our local community! We will have classes covering all types of practitioners, from beginner to seasoned yogis, covering a variety of styles such as Intro or Yoga Basics, Yoga Flow, Hot Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Senior Yoga, and Yoga for those with limited mobility. All teachers have a minimum of 10 years experience practicing and teaching yoga and can work with any level student, adapting poses to your needs.
