Every blood donation can help up to three people, and your participation makes a real impact for patients in our region who depend on lifesaving blood products every day.

• Please bring a valid photo ID

• Eat well and stay hydrated before donating

• Eligible donors will receive a $20 E-Gift card and OneBlood Long Sleeve T-shirt.
