Evolving from the Vinyasa format, this class slows the pace to allow for detailed exploration of alignment, joint stacking, muscular engagement, and transitions. Rather than flowing quickly from pose to pose, we take time to refine how and why each posture is practiced—linking movement deliberately to the breath.
