Yoga for Beginners

Props, modifications, and individualized guidance are offered throughout to ensure each student feels empowered and successful on the mat.

We’ll move at a slow, steady pace, giving you time to understand each pose and how it feels in your unique body—no pressure, no pretzel shapes required. You'll build flexibility, strength, and body awareness while learning how to create calm and ease through movement and breath.
