The 5-Week Winter Weight Loss Challenge is designed to help you lose weight, build healthy habits, and feel stronger, more energized, and confident—without extreme dieting or burnout.

This program blends yoga, fitness, pilates, mobility, and mindfulness, paired with simple nutrition guidance, accountability, and expert coaching.

Get uncomfortable. Get committed. Get results.

The goal of this 5-week challenge are:

  • To build healthy habits

  • To find movement that you enjoy 

  • To find foods that nourish your body and you enjoy – so you can create sustainable eating habits that don’t leave you hungry, craving, and crashing

Kickoff Meeting (not required): January 17, 2026 (Zoom Meeting)

Celebration/Wrap-up Meeting: February 22, 2026 (Zoom Meeting)
