🕯️ Candlelight Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Meditation 🕯️

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and renewal through Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra, designed to release tension, restore balance, and quiet the mind.

This guided practice will prepare the body for total relaxation beginning with a gentle stretch followed by a guided meditation which will allow the student to wind down and release any tension stored in the body.

Gentle Yin Yoga postures are held for several minutes each, allowing the body to open and energy to flow freely. We’ll then transition into the Yoga Nidra, a guided “yogic sleep” meditation that invites profound rest and emotional release, with the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness.

This session offers a bonus Sound Meditation on the following dates: 10/19, 11/16 & 12/28. The meditation will be accompanied by live instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, or drums — to enhance the meditation journey.

Perfect for:
Anyone seeking stress relief, deeper self-connection, or a restorative way to end the week. No prior experience required.

Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, eye mask/pillow, bolster, or anything else they need for total comfort.
