Mixed Level Flow Yoga

This dynamic, all-levels class is designed to meet you where you are—whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

Mixed Level Flow offers a balanced blend of movement, strength, breathwork, and mindfulness. You’ll be guided through creative sequences that link breath with movement, with options provided throughout to modify or deepen each pose according to your experience and energy level.

Expect a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your practice at your own pace. Class may include standing postures, gentle inversions, balancing poses, and seated stretches, always ending with grounding breath and rest.
