Let your body unwind and your mind settle in this deeply nourishing class designed to release tension, restore balance, and calm the nervous system.

In this gentle and meditative practice, we’ll journey inward using supported yin poses that target the fascia—the connective tissue that holds tension and emotion. With the use of props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets, each posture is held for several minutes, inviting the body to soften and the mind to quiet.

This class is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional reset, or deep physical release. It's especially beneficial for those recovering from burnout, injury, or high levels of daily stress.
