Vinyasa Flow

In this vinyasa flow class we will start with a warm-up to prepare the body for movement, then build up to a vigorous flow through the sun salutations, challenging your body and mind.

All levels are welcome.

Modifications will be given for beginners and progressions for the more seasoned Yogi. This class is a dynamic and invigorating practice that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable clothing

No experience is necessary.
