Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness. Yoga Nidra is very effective for addressing common stress-related health issues, and self-destructive behavior patterns.

Following the principles and teachings of the Integrative Amrit Method, this guided practice will prepare the body for total relaxation beginning with a gentle flow followed by a guided meditation which will allow the student to release any tension stored in the body.

Students may want to bring their eye mask/pillow, a blanket, bolster, or anything else they need for total comfort.
