Yoga Sculpt at Crystal River Yoga is a dynamic, full-body workout that blends traditional yoga flow with light resistance training and targeted strength work. This intelligently designed class bridges the gap between mindful movement and functional fitness — delivering both the grounding benefits of yoga and the metabolism-boosting effects of muscle conditioning.

Expect a well-paced sequence that includes:

This class is ideal for students who want more intensity than a traditional yoga class while maintaining proper alignment, control, and breath awareness. Modifications are provided, but participants should be comfortable with foundational yoga movement.

Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Bring a mat, water bottle, and mat towel; all necessary props for class are provided.
