This program blends yoga, fitness, pilates, mobility, and mindfulness, paired with simple nutrition guidance, accountability, and expert coaching.

An active Crystal River Yoga Membership is REQUIRED and must be maintained for the full 5 weeks.
Payment must be made with the purchase of a valid active membership with autopay, or a one-time payment of $178.00 (equivalent to 2 months of Unlimited Membership)
