Chair Yoga

Looking for a safe, supportive way to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm—without needing to get on the floor? Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga practice done entirely from a chair or using the chair for balance.

Candlelight Yin & Yoga Nidra

This guided practice will prepare the body for total relaxation beginning with a gentle stretch followed by a guided meditation which will allow the student to wind down and release any tension stored in the body.

Yoga/ Tai Chi Fusion

Discover harmony in motion with this gentle and grounding Yoga & Tai Chi Fusion class. Designed to cultivate balance, flexibility, and inner calm, this unique experience blends the slow, flowing movements of Tai Chi with the mindful stretching and breath-centered postures of yoga.

Gentle Flow

This class encompass breath work (pranayama), flowing asanas for all levels including modifications, and mindful intention setting with mudras (hand gestures) for living a happy, healthy, and harmonious life.

Yoga For Beginners

This class focuses on the basics—breath awareness, gentle movement, and simple postures—with clear, accessible instruction and an emphasis on safety, comfort, and confidence. Props, modifications, and individualized guidance are offered throughout to ensure each student feels empowered and successful on the mat.

Rest and Restore

In this gentle and meditative practice, we’ll journey inward using supported yin poses that target the fascia—the connective tissue that holds tension and emotion. With the use of props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets, each posture is held for several minutes, inviting the body to soften and the mind to quiet.
