CRY Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp class is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and get your heart pumping — all in under an hour. Each class combines bodyweight and resistance band strength training with run/walk cardio intervals, making it the perfect cross-training complement to your yoga practice (or a powerful standalone workout).

Whether you're a seasoned runner, just starting your fitness journey, or somewhere in between, this class is designed to meet you where you are — and challenge you to grow.

Class Breakdown:

  • 5-Minute Warm-Up – Mobility, breath, and activation
  • 25-Minute Strength Training – Bodyweight + resistance band circuit
  • 25-Minute Cardio – Walk/run intervals at your own pace
  • 5-Minute Cool Down – Stretch, recovery, and mindful breathwork

What to Bring:

  • Athletic shoes
  • Water bottle
  • head phones (to listen to music while you walk/run)

All fitness levels welcome. Modifications offered throughout.
